Own the reliability and observability of our global infrastructure. You'll work on incident response, capacity planning, and automation at scale across 12 data centers.
Senior Backend Engineer — Platform
Build the systems that power millions of hosting accounts. Golang, Kubernetes, distributed systems. Strong ownership culture.
Frontend Engineer — Customer Portal
Own the customer-facing control panel and billing UI. Next.js, TypeScript, design-system work. You'll collaborate directly with design and product.
Marketing

Own our blog, technical guides, and SEO content strategy. You write for engineers, understand infrastructure, and know how to turn complexity into clarity.
Network Ops
2 rolesNetwork Engineer
Configure, monitor, and optimise our BGP routing, peering relationships, and inter-DC connectivity. Juniper and Arista experience a plus.
Data Center Technician
Hands-on hardware — racking, stacking, cabling, IPMI, remote hands. You're the person our customers trust with their physical infrastructure.
Sales
2 rolesAccount Executive — Enterprise
Own new enterprise and colocation deals end to end. You understand IT infrastructure, can run a technical sales process, and love closing complex deals.
Sales Development Representative
Generate and qualify pipeline for our AE team. Outbound-heavy, technically curious, and comfortable with hosting/infrastructure buyers.
Support
2 rolesSenior Technical Support Engineer
Own complex customer escalations end-to-end. Linux, networking, cPanel, and a patient communication style. Our support team is staffed by engineers, not script readers.
Technical Support Engineer (APAC)
Cover APAC time-zone support. Same engineering bar as our other support roles — you'll be solving real infrastructure problems, not triaging tickets.
